Applicants can apply:
1) by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
2) personally in the school secretariat on the 1st floor, from Monday to Thursday
Monday 9am - 12pm
Tuesday 2pm - 5pm
Wednesday 10am - 11:30am
Thursday 11am-12:30pm and 1pm -2pm
The following should be attached to the application (or sent by email):
1. MHMP resolution regarding taking the examination.
2. Personal details including a telephone number and an email address.
The applicant will receive details regarding the date and time for sitting of the examination by email.
Exam retakes are not allowed. If the applicant fails one of the exams, a new application at the MHMP has to be submitted.

Proof of the applicant's identity (a passport or ID card) and the original of the MHMP resolution are required to be handed in before commencement of examination.
